    Recipe

    ❂ Ingredients:
    1 kg russet potatoes
    2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
    2 egg yolks
    Garlic

    For sage butter sauce:

    100g unsalted butter
    10-12 fresh sage leaves
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish

    ❂ Cooking Process:

    ⁃ Prepare Potatoes: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and bake until tender, about 1 hour. Let cool slightly, then peel and pass through a potato ricer .

    ⁃ Make Dough: Sprinkle the flour and a pinch of salt over the potatoes. Make a well in the center and add the beaten egg. Using your hands, gently mix to form a soft dough. Do not overwork.

    ⁃ Shape Gnocchi: Turn the dough onto a floured surface, divide it into 4 pieces, and roll each piece into a long rope about 1/2 inch thick. Cut the rope into 1-inch pieces.

    ⁃ Cook Gnocchi: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook gnocchi in batches, they are done when they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon.

    ⁃ For Sage Butter Sauce: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the gnocchi and cook until golden-brown. Add sage leaves and cook until crispy. Season with salt and pepper.

    Serve with Parmesan cheese.

    This recipe was filmed and edited as part of our Art Factory training course. It was our third live project. Two days ago, we did a live stream where we filmed this recipe, and yesterday, the video was edited during a live session.

    ❂ Ingredients:

    2 medium zucchinis
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    Pot of ice-cold water
    1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
    Vegetable oil for frying

    ❂ Cooking process:

    1 Wash the zucchinis and cut them into thin slices, about 1,5 mm-2 mm thick.
    2 Place the sliced zucchini in ice-cold salted water.
    3 Dredge the zucchini slices in flour, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Next, quickly dip them into ice water—this step will help maintain their crispness.
    4 Finally, fry the slices in hot oil (350F)until golden and crispy. This method ensures the zucchini retains a delightful crunch.
    5 Remove the zucchini chips from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
    6 Serve hot, optionally with a sprinkle of extra salt and a tzatziki sauce for dipping.

    For Tzatziki Sauce

    2 cups Greek yogurt
    1 medium cucumber, grated and drained
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp dry mint
    Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese Sandwich

    ❂ Ingredients:

    3 jalapeños, halved and seeded
    5 slices of bacon
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    4 oz (about 1/2 cup) cream cheese, softened
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
    1/3 mozzarella cheese
    2 slices of bread
    2 tbsp butter
    Salt and pepper to taste

    ❂ Cooking Process:

    Roast Jalapeños and Bacon:
    - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    - Place the jalapeño halves on a baking sheet.
    - Arrange the bacon slices next to the jalapeños on the same baking sheet.
    - Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the jalapeños are tender and slightly charred, and the bacon is crispy.
    - Remove from the oven, let cool, then chop the roasted jalapeños and crispy bacon into small pieces.
    Prepare the Filling:
    - In a bowl, combine the chopped green onions, roasted jalapeños, crispy bacon, softened cream cheese, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
    - Mix well and season with salt/pepper to taste.
    Assemble the Sandwich:
    - Spread the butter only one side of bread slice.
    - Take the other side of one bread slice and spread the cream cheese filling evenly over it.
    - Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
    Grill the Sandwich:
    - Heat a skillet over low heat.
    - Place the sandwich in the skillet, butter side down first. Grill until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
    - Before flipping, put on the pan jalapeño rings and sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese, then flip sandwich on the cheese.
    - Once both sides are golden and the cheese is crispy, carefully remove the sandwich from the skillet with a spatula.
    - Let it cool slightly, then cut in half and enjoy your Jalapeño Grilled Cheese Popper Sandwich!

    1 cloves garlic, minced
    Cayenne pepper and salt to taste
    Dressing:
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    3 anchovies, finely chopped
    2 egg yolks
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    50g Parmesan cheese, grated
    70g olive oil
    Juice of 1/2 lemon

    ❂ Cooking process:

    1. Prepare the Croutons:Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Toss the ciabatta cubes with melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cayenne pepper, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy. Set aside.
    2. Make the Dressing:In a bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, anchovies, egg yolks, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Gradually add the olive oil while whisking until the dressing thickens. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
    3. Assemble the Salad: Arrange the torn lettuce on a serving plate. Top with croutons, grilled chicken slices, and Parmesan slices. Drizzle generously with the Caesar dressing.

    2 cup Buttermilk
    1 Egg
    1/2 Tsp Cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp Paprika
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 cup Flour
    2 Hamburger buns
    4 slices Bacon
    Pickles, sliced
    1 CupCabbage, shredded
    Scallions, chopped
    1 Tbsp Dill, finely chopped
    1/4 cup Kewpie mayo (for both the burger and sauce)
    For the Sauce:
    1 Tbsp Creamy horseradish
    1 Tbsp Mustard
    2 Tbsp Kewpie mayo

    ❂ Cooking process:

    1. Marinate the chicken:
    - In a bowl, combine buttermilk, egg, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt and pepper. Whisk well.
    - Add the chicken breasts to the mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for extra flavor).
    2. Prepare the coating:
    - In a separate bowl, mix flour with a little salt, pepper, and an extra pinch of cayenne pepper if desired.
    3. Bake the bacon:
    - Cook bacon in a oven until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
    4. Fry the chicken:
    - Remove the chicken from the buttermilk marinade, shaking off any excess.
    - Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, making sure it’s evenly coated.

    6. Make the sauce:
    - In a small bowl, combine creamy horseradish, mustard, and Kewpie mayo. Mix until smooth.
    7. Assemble the burger:
    - Toast the hamburger buns.
    - Spread a generous amount of the creamy horseradish mustard sauce on the bottom bun.
    - Add a cabbage slaw, fried chicken breast, crispy bacon and few slices of pickles and top with a bun.
